Email [email protected]. If it's about your account or subscription, write from the email address you use for Compound, so we can find it.
Compound+
- Free trial: Compound+ starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
- Manage or cancel on iPhone or iPad: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Compound. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Manage or cancel on Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Compound.
- On a new device: sign in, open Settings in Compound (tap your profile picture) and tap Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play refunds), as they take the payment.
Listening
- Today's episode is free for everyone. It changes at midnight in your time zone.
- Your daily reminder: change its time in Settings, under Notification Time.
- Downloads: with Compound+, download episodes to listen offline. Find and remove them in Settings, under Downloads.
